If your question is about a booking you have already made — changing a date, cancelling, a pickup point — please contact the tour operator, GetYourGuide or Booking.com directly. We are an independent guide, not a tour operator or hotel, and we cannot see or change bookings.
For most planning questions, the answer is probably already here: the travel guide, the getting there guide and the best time to visit.
What we would love to hear about
- Anything on this site that is out of date, wrong or unclear.
- A resort, boat operator or restaurant on Kradan or nearby that we have missed.
- Changes to boat timetables, park fees or resort opening seasons you have seen on the ground.
